Overcoming Obstacles and Staying on Track - Part 7
Even with the best plan, it’s normal to struggle sometimes. Maybe you keep putting off your next study session (this is called procrastination), or you keep checking your phone. The Pomodoro Method helps, but you still need strategies to stay disciplined.
Try creating a quiet space, wearing noise-canceling headphones, or using digital tools that limit phone notifications during your study time. Ask a friend to be your “study buddy.” You can check in with each other at the start and end of each Pomodoro to stay accountable.
Sticking to your schedule is an investment in your future self. Over time, you’ll notice that it gets easier, and you’ll feel more confident about your exams.
Up Next: In our final post, we’ll talk about how to track your progress, learn from what doesn’t work, and celebrate your successes before the big exam day.
